Mrs Fouché

This year’s Jack Petchey Staff Leadership Award goes to Mrs Fouché for her hard-work and dedication to the school over the last 19 years. This year, she has taken on the leadership of two faculties, to support the academic outcomes of students. This is what drives her in all that she does; it is her focus and determination to get things right for each and every student in our school. From the moment you meet Mrs Fouché, her passion for education and students is contagious, and this is paramount to her role as a classroom practitioner. She is an outstanding teacher, and what she does not know about teaching is not worth knowing. Her skill and leadership is also used to build excellence across the Trust, where she was selected by the Trust to complete Bridge Academy Trust reviews across other secondary schools.

Mrs Fouché is an exceptional leader, and is this year mentoring new Heads of Departments within her faculty areas to develop the leaders of the future.
