Each term we run a range of training sessions targeted at allowing new members of our teaching staff to acclimatise to their new school.
These are led by a variety of staff from our support, senior and middle leadership teams, and cover a diverse range of subjects, from the role of the tutor, to the school’s Resilience curriculum.
