We are working with the other schools within Bridge Academy Trust to upskill our staff and ensure all teachers are confident in delivering the curriculum to all students to achieve progress at all levels. We are also actively working with a number of schools in Essex within two Teaching School Alliances to provide professional development opportunities for our staff and to support the further development of teaching and learning both in our own school and in other schools. Teaching School Alliances are a key government initiative to support school improvement.
We are working closely with Saffron Walden County High School within the Saffron Alliance and also with our local primary and secondary schools within the Professional Learning Network, an alliance led by Lyons Hall Primary School.
