It was brilliant to see some of our students collect their Jack Petchey medallions and to receive an accolade for their achievements in front of a large crowd at the annual Jack Petchey Awards Evening on Monday 14 January 2019.

Congratulations to Miss Wilcox on collecting the Jack Petchey Leader’s Award at the event held in Braintree Arts Theatre. Miss Wilcox was nominated by students and staff to receive the award for her tireless commitment to the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award which takes a huge amount of preparation behind the scenes, as well as a lot of personal time supervising expeditions and ensuring that many students are able to participate in the scheme.

Well done again to all of the students who have been awarded the Jack Petchey Award during the past year.
