In addition to the recent International School and Artsmark Awards, Notley has been identified by the Department for Education and Skills as a high performing specialist school. 

This recognition reflects the strong improvement in examination results since our designation as a Technology College in September 2001.

We will now be offered the chance to become a Leading Specialist School with a range of options for developing our work as a specialist school further. As a Leading Specialist School we will also receive additional funding in the region of £70,000 per annum to support our specialist status. The Governors and the senior team are currently discussing the options available to us through this scheme and I will provide further information to parents in future.
