Dear Parent/Carers

Reminder: Please Check and Top Up Your Child(ren)'s ParentPay Account Before the End of Term

As the Easter holiday approaches, we would like to kindly remind you to take a few moments to check the balance of your child(ren)'s ParentPay account(s).

Ensuring that there are sufficient funds available before the holiday will allow your child(ren) to seamlessly purchase school meals, participate in any paid activities, or access other services requiring payment upon their return to school on.

We would be grateful if you could:

  • Log in to your ParentPay account: Please visit the ParentPay website at  https://app.parentpay.com/public/client/security/v2/#/login  You can also access ParentPay via their mobile app if you have it installed.
  • Review your child(ren)'s current balance(s).
  • Top up their account(s) if necessary. This can be done conveniently and securely online through the ParentPay platform using your preferred debit or credit card.

Having adequate funds in your child's account before the start of the new term will help avoid any potential delays or inconvenience for them when they return. It also significantly reduces the administrative burden on school staff during the busy first day back.

There is in place a school procedure where a £2.50 overdraft facility on your Child(ren)'s account has been set up. Once this has been used student services will be informed and a call will be made to the parent/guardian to request funds are uploaded.

If you have any questions or require assistance with accessing your ParentPay account, please do not hesitate to contact the school office before the end of term.

Thank you for your continued cooperation in this matter.

Yours sincerely

Mr Secker
Catering Manager
