Balance Checks on ParentPay
Please note that you can check your child's balance at any time by logging into your ParentPay account. The current balance will appear on your homepage.
Automated Email Alerts
It is possible to set up automated alerts by email. You are able to set a threshold amount and once your balance drops below this value, you will receive an alert to your email address. Please note that there is a maximum of one message every 2 days.
Please follow these instructions to set up alerts on your account:
• Log into your ParentPay account
• Select "PROFILE" tab at the top of your homepage
• Select "ALERT SETTINGS" on the left hand side
• Under the "BALANCE ALERTS" heading, select the threshold amount, then tick the box under the heading "email alert"
• SAVE your changes
You will then receive an email confirming your changed settings.
