On Saturday 16 April 2016, Rachel Merritt, 11O, was entered into the second round of the England Karate Championships and was put into the women's adult team alongside two of her team mates.
They showed the judges a Bunkai of their Kata and won gold, becoming national champions of the over 16s women Kata category. This is an absolutely fantastic achievement and we are extremely proud of Rachel.
