We were delighted to welcome The Young Shakespeare Company to the Theatre on Tuesday 26 March, who gave a workshop on Shakespeare's 'Macbeth' to all Year 10 students and the Year 13 Literature students.
The workshop included a whistle-stop tour through the plot of the play and more detailed discussion and performance of a number of key scenes, such as the presentation of the witches and the discovery of the dead King's body. Students had many opportunities to contribute to the workshop and discussion and we hope this has been a valuable part of their preparation for their study of the play.
