Article Date: 09 March 2015
The school will be having a non-uniform day on Friday 13 March 2015 to raise money for Comic Relief.

In the UK, Comic Relief raises funds to help give shelter to young people living on the streets and protection to those living with domestic abuse. Across the world, your money helps children into education, and provides communities with fresh water and life-saving vaccines.

Students will be asked to make a £1 donation, but if they wish to contribute more they may do so. If you would like your child to bring in a contribution from you this would be acceptable also. We hope that you are happy for your child to participate. Donations will be collected by tutors during morning registration.

Please note that students are not permitted to wear items that are inappropriate for the school environment, and that for health and safety reasons, the usual rules regarding jewellery and other accessories still apply. Hair must not be dyed an unnatural colour, even temporarily. No shorts or revealing clothes will be permitted. Any students wearing such clothing will be sent home to change. Thank you in advance for your support. For more information about Comic Relief please visit www.comicrelief.com/
