Congratulations to Chloe Oxford, who has been offered a prestigious degree apprenticeship with the firm GSK.

Chloe already holds offers from a number of leading universities, but has chosen the degree apprenticeship route as it will allow her to study for a degree in Biological Sciences while being fully funded by GSK and obtaining a wide range of work experience throughout the apprenticeship.

Chloe found out that she had been offered the degree apprenticeship following a rigorous application process, including situational judgement tests, written and video responses to job simulation tasks, presentations, interviews and group and individual challenges.

While at GSK, Chloe will be working as part of the medicine design team for four days a week, with one day each week dedicated to study release for her degree.

Chloe says “I am really looking forward to being part of a team completing real life research that will potentially help lead to new medicines and make a difference to people’s lives.”
