On Tuesday 5 February 2019, the catering team at Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form celebrated the Chinese New Year with a menu selection of Chinese chicken wraps and crackers, a lovely Chinese chicken curry and freshly stir fried vegetables with noodles in hoi sin sauce.As you can see by the photographs, everyone enjoyed their lunch, and the catering staff even had Chinese hats on to celebrate the event.
