The students (and staff) had a great day visiting Aerozone at Stansted Airport on 13 January. 

Students learnt all about the history of Stansted and the wide variety of jobs at the airport, particularly the role of the Fire Service. Students got to hop on board the fire engines and even had a go with the water hoses, getting the teachers wet in some cases! Students were able to dress up and play with the activities in the Aerozone before finishing the day on the side of the runway! We were taken up to the Ryan Air hanger and watched the planes take off and land.  

It was a great day and I'm sure we have some Pilots and Fire Officers in the making!
