In this week's assemblies, students are being asked to consider British values such as democracy, mutual respect and individual liberty, and the ways in which our student leaders promote and develop these in our school.As we hold our vote for Head Girl and Head Boy this week, we are also preparing for a school 'mock' election and considering the main political parties and how our electoral system works in Britain in the light of the forthcoming General Election. We look forward to our shadow election on 7 May, in which each student in Years 7 - 11 will have a vote, and to comparing our school results with the national outcome.
