All students who had their photo taken as part of the recent school photography sessions should by now have received their proof card. If your child hasn’t received theirs yet, but definitely had their picture taken, please could you contact their tutor in the first instance as the cards were given to all tutors last week. If their tutor doesn’t have the proof card, they will let us (the Media Support team) know, and we’ll investigate.

Printing/Emailing of Packs

All pack orders will be collated after the closing date which this year is 3 November 2021. They will be distributed to students as soon as all the packs are printed for every year group; all students receive their packs at the same time.

Pack Codes

Please can you ensure that you include the pack code (shown on the proof card) in the information box on ParentPay. Without this we can’t always work out which pack(s) you require, and it may delay your order.  

ParentPay

As we are a cashless school, all required packs must be paid for on ParentPay, on the School Photography line. Please don’t use the dinner money line as we won’t get the details of your order.  If you are a parent/carer and wish to order a pack, but don’t already have a ParentPay account, please contact us on mediasupport@notleyhigh.com and we’ll pass it to the relevant department.

Masters by Email

If you would like to order a Master by Email (either on its own or with a print pack) please can you ensure that you include your email address in the information box on ParentPay. This does need to be one that is registered against your child’s record, as we are unable to send emails to any other addresses. Parents/Carers are able to amend their contact details on Edulink.

Sibling Photos

If you wish to order the sibling shot, simply order it on one of your children’s ParentPay accounts, and clearly state in the information box that it’s the sibling shot you require, together with the code for the pack. We’ll sort it from there.
