This morning, Year 10 Child Development students were given the fantastic opportunity to hear from two midwives, Claire Hooks and Sara Smith, from Anglia Ruskin University.During the two hour session, Claire and Sara discussed foetal development and labour, giving students the chance to hear real life stories from professionals. To finish, students had great fun practising contractions on a balloon and feeling a model to examine the position of a baby.
