The Immunisation Team will be offering the Flu Vaccination to all Students in Year 7 – 11 on Monday 11 December in school.
The consent form has been sent out via Arbor. If you require your child to receive the Flu Vaccination, please click on the link and fill in the consent form and submit by Wednesday 6 December.
