Congratulations to Freya, a Jack Petchey Award Winner!
Freya has been dealing with Focal Dystonia since she was 8-years-old. Her hands will lock in a closed position, and she is unable to continue with most day-to-day tasks, this causes significant pain for her. Despite this, Freya is determined to do well and is trying to find alternative methods to continue her studying. Freya has been attending her law lessons with a positive attitude, contributing to class discussions and providing excellent answers to exam questions. She is using her independent study time to revise in detail and is applying fantastic focus and effort to her studies.
