The Trust would like to recruit a Catering Manager

Applicants will need to have a good knowledge of running and managing a kitchen including all aspects of food hygiene and COSHH procedures.

Applicants must have excellent cooking skills and the job involves;

  • Planning menus
  • Ordering supplies
  • Hiring, training, supervising and motivating other kitchen staff
  • Organising staff rotas
  • Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded, and archived
  • Monitoring the quality of the product provided
  • Managing budgets and maintaining financial & admin records
  • Being able to think on your feet within a limited time frame
