The Trust would like to recruit an Assistant Catering Manager

The successful candidate will:

• Help to prepare high quality meals from fresh ingredients in large quantities, within budget and on time for service
• Cater for meetings and training functions on occasions
• Assist with administrative duties including ordering, stock taking and returns
• Assist with the management of three catering staff
• Be flexible, adaptable and have a good sense of humour
