Verity grew in confidence and skill as she directed this group of students every week, with students listening carefully to her instruction. Both Verity and Henry organised the performance, the theatre and costumes and invitation for people to come and watch. Miss Auston, the drama teacher was left with very little to do! Verity really did go above and beyond what would have been expected of her and still managed to fit in time for their school work and Miss Auston in particular is very proud of Verity’s commitment, focus and enthusiasm to raising standards.
Verity gave her money to the Drama department which has been put towards buying a better lighting desk that more students can use.
