At lunchtime on Tuesday 15 March 2022, Year 7 students had a fabulous opportunity to take part in a Zoom webinar with Dermot O’Leary.

Dermot was talking about his latest book “Toto the Ninja Cat & the Legend of the Wildcat”. He also talked about his childhood growing up in Essex, his cats (the inspiration behind his five books) and answered questions from participant about his experiences as an author.

We were also joined by Nick East, the books’ illustrator, who showed us all how to draw Toto the Ninja Cat. The results were so successful that they’re currently on display in the library!
