  • GCSE Results Students and staff at Notley High School and Braintree Sixth Form are again celebrating the GCSE examination results. This morning Year 11 students received the results of their GCSEs and other qualifications taken this summer.
  • Autumn Term Autumn term begins for Years 7, 11 and 12 students only at 8.40am on Wednesday 3 September 2014 and begins for Years 8, 9, 10 and 13 students at 8.40am on Thursday 4 September 2014. Wishing all families a safe and pleasant summer break.
  • Fundraising The staff and students at Notley High School chose to support the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity this half term. This is a local charity based in Essex which helps provide emotional and physical support to those that have been diagnosed with this illness.
  • Year 10 Residential Trip to Normandy Last week 68 students from Year 10 spent the week in Normandy, for the last time alongside school staff; as following GCSE groups are now to look forward to a diverse trip to Berlin, Germany. 
  • Exam Results AS/A level exam results are published on Thursday 14th August and GCSE exam results are published on Thursday 21st August. For both days students are invited to come in  and collect their results between 9.00 – 11.00 am. Any results not collected will be posted home.

    This term has proved to be a varied and busy time for TANGO. This newsletter will celebrate the fantastic participation made by students who have taken part in the masterclasses, and will showcase some of the work created.
  • MFL Spelling Bee Competition
    Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Spelling Bee Competition. This is a very competitive national competition. Students in Year 7 were first selected through an internal round held in the library earlier this year.

    Well, after a load of hard work over the past few days, all the shots from this year's prom are now online!

    For each collection there is a gallery with numbered low resolution photos to help you complete your order and another with high resolution unmarked shots for you to download and share.
